I’m Abbey! A graphic designer currently based in London with a strong interest in photography, data visualisation, branding, and campaign design. My work explores contemporary topics through observation, experimentation, and image-making, often using collected data to create engaging visual systems and outcomes. I enjoy creating work that communicates clearly, connects with audiences, and combines strong visual storytelling with thoughtful design.

Clapham Common: Running Patterns

Clapham Common: Running Patterns is a publication project exploring patterns of movement and behaviour within the space of Clapham Common. Developed through repeated site visits, observation, photography, and data collection, the project documents runners across six recorded days through attributes including direction, clothing, technology, and movement behaviours.

These findings were translated into a series of fold-out maps and visual keys exploring repetition, routine, and the visual presence of running within a public space. Throughout the project, I also used a digital film camera to photograph the space, with the images later incorporated throughout the publication to document the atmosphere and environment of Clapham Common.

Travel Smarter Campaign

Travel Smarter is a data-driven campaign created for UAL Earth Week exploring the environmental impact of long-distance student travel during university breaks. Through informative, suggestion-based, and interactive social media content, the project aimed to encourage more conscious travel choices without discouraging students from travelling home.

Developed through audience research, surveys, and feedback gathered online and across LCC, the campaign combined accessible messaging with bold visual communication to engage Gen Z audiences. The final outcome was also transformed into a compact Z-fold pamphlet, extending the campaign beyond digital platforms and into UAL campuses.
