Barely Legible Typography

Some type specimens and an example of a typeface I have worked on for one of my Major Projects.

The displayed works ‘aren't entirely’ done, but are here just so I could show them off. Despite this being a slightly unfinished and outdated showcase of my type, I am still proud to show it off.

As the name might imply, the goal was to create a typeface that bordered on being legible. While still looking good, and following the rules of type design. Most importantly, still being ‘technically legible’.

Self Directed Character Design

Various character illustrations of my personal characters in various scenarios. These were made to both get ideas out of my head and actually start posting stuff that says ‘me’ to social media.

Many of these are not very serious, but were nonetheless very interesting and fun to work on.

Showcase of all the characters created during the runtime of the Self Directed Project, as well a few I’ve made and finished long after the project. There are many more characters I’ve designed, but these were the ones I’ve chosen to showcase.

Metal Album Design

The goal was to design a compilation album, for a hypothetical collaboration between several metal artists/labels.

It was really fun to treat a project as if it was a professional brief, even though in a realistic scenario I wouldn’t have this much control over the design. Oh well, close enough, right?
