Hi, I’m Julianne. I am a multidisciplinary designer creating narrations of everyday life and fleeting moments through editorial design. I’m drawn to the small stories hidden within ordinary items and transforming them into playful narratives. Inviting people to explore, reflect, and connect with them.

Nameless Case

Nameless Case is short editorial book based on a detailed record of everything I collected and spent my hard working money over the past 5 years. Gathering miscellaneous items and objects, this project offers insights into my spending habits, personal growth and repeated routines.

Designed to feel intimate and tactile, the book features a soft pebble cover sized to fit within pockets, with smaller insert pockets that mimic the form and function of a wallet. Intended to be carried and revisited over time, the object becomes both personal and functional.

Hyper-Type

Hyper-Type is a speculative brand identity designed to promote an annual Typography and Type Design conference. Exploring the evolving relationship between language, communication, and visual culture. The project conveys how contemporary typographic systems can function beyond aesthetics.

Visually, the identity uses experimental type, vivid colour, and structured grid layouts to create a bold and excessive visual system. The layered compositions and a strong exaggerated movements reflect the fast pace and constant evolution of contemporary type design. This gives the identity an energetic and loud presence.
