Li Shi

My name is Limeiyu Shi, and I am a graphic and media designer working across moving image, visual storytelling, interaction, and digital platforms. My practice explores how design can translate abstract emotions, social observations, and personal experiences into visual systems that can be seen, felt, and engaged with.

I am interested in the relationship between perception, behaviour, and participation. Through research, material experimentation, animation, and digital outcomes, I often transform overlooked everyday issues or internal emotional states into design experiences. My work aims to create a space where audiences can slow down, reflect, and reconsider their relationship with themselves, others, and the surrounding environment.
