Luiza Aranha

I’m a multidisciplinary designer and image-maker based in South London. My work ranges across art direction, branding, editorial design, printmaking and creative campaign work. I enjoy combining analogue and digital processes to create visually engaging projects centred around storytelling and experimentation. Interested in fashion, culture, and media, I like shaping ideas from concept into final outcomes across print, digital, and social spaces in a way that feels authentic and purposeful.

Soursop in Print

Soursop in Print is an art direction and image-making project developed in collaboration with Lionfish Studio.

The project extends the experiments I developed during a previous project, by combining photography and relief print to explore my interests in art direction, digital and analogue processes to create experimental fashion imagery.

Through styling, photography, and print experimentation, the project aimed to recontextualise the Soursop collection into a contemporary visual identity.

Kintsugi

Kintsugi is a speculative exhibition created as part of my Positioning in Industry project, where I explored an experimental and process-led approach to image-making informed by my interests in printmaking, editorial design and visual systems.

Combining relief print, fashion and digital manipulation, the project was influenced by my interest in self-expression, editorial visuals and early 2000s Japanese streetwear culture.

The outcomes were contextualised as an exhibition, to reflect my growing interest in campaign work, art direction and concept-led visual communication.
