This album was released by Foodman in 2016, it challenges conventional listening habits through chaotic rhythms, glitch aesthetics, and playful absurdity.
When I’m listening to the Ez Minzoku music, I feel I’m not just listening to an album, but a fragmented world of sound. This music has the magic to instantly open my imagination, leading me into a richly varied fantasy world that feels both real and dreamlike, at times peaceful and at others lively. For me, this album offers a brief escape from reality, transporting both my ears and mind to a utopian realm.
This project presents an alternative visual proposal as an experimental extension of the album’s existing identity, as a personal visual translation of sound into form.
The project includes a complete visual system for Ez Minzoku, translating sound into form, rhythm into layout, and glitch into image language.
