Yu Jiang

My name is Yu Jiang, and I am a graphic and media designer. My work focuses on visual storytelling, moving images, interactive experiences, and digital platforms, exploring how design influences people’s understanding of emotions, behaviours, and social issues.

In my practice, I often draw inspiration from everyday experiences and social phenomena. Through research, material experimentation, and visual translation, I transform abstract emotions or overlooked issues into design experiences that can be viewed, felt, and engaged with. I hope that design goes beyond mere visual expression to guide viewers in re-examining the world around them and sparking further reflection.

My work seeks to bridge the gap between emotional expression and social responsibility, using experimental visual language to create designs that are participatory, reflective, and socially conscious.
